Recruitment: Over the years I have become very skilled at recruiting since I have held many different positions involving it. I learned how to build connections and how to keep contact with those that my organization has interest in.
Customer Service: I worked in the office of the student housing complex I worked for so there were plenty of times that I had to answer questions, walk people through things, or help with their frustrations. This has lead to me having excellent customer service skills.
Leasing: As a leasing agent I was on the phone daily work with people on getting their leases completed and signed. I had to apply constant pressure and work my connections in order to get my Job done and I learned to do that with great efficiency.
Project Management: In the class room I was often nominated to be the leader of projects. My favorite was when I ran a PR campaign for the Erie Blues and Jazz Festival. During that project I found the strengths of my teammates and worked to bring those strengths out so they would be on full display. This skill also transferred to my work where I was able to break down problems to their source and spilt it up into sections to be taken care of one at a time.
